Megan A. Clancy, 鈥�98, a Deaf actress in the Los Angeles area, reports that she has been named a Youth Delegate to YOUNGA 2021.

Megan says that she has a goal to improve equality for people who are Deaf and for those who have various disabilities in employment. 鈥淎s one of the United States鈥� Youth Delegates, I want to see the disability community to be considered as part of diversity…I want to inspire youth to fight for equality to make this world a better place to live in.鈥�

According to the , YOUNGA was created as a response to a call by United Nations Secretary-General Ant贸nio Guterres to host the largest, most inclusive global dialogue on 鈥渢he future we want鈥� in commemoration of the U.N.鈥檚 75th anniversary. The YOUNGA Forum will be held virtually this month.
