The United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps featured Captain Rachel Marie Rose, ’10, in a series of profiles in honor of LGBTQIA+ Pride Month. Rachel is a trial counsel for the 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. She served in the Peace Corps in Kenya for three years, then earned her law degree at Boston University. The post reads as follows: “When not in the courtroom fighting for justice, she can be found cycling around Oahu, relaxing at the beach, or cheering on her beloved New England Patriots. She loves to read, cook, and travel. Fluent in American Sign Language and somewhat proficient in Swahili, Captain Rose loves to learn about new cultures and try to pick up new languages.â€
