  • Physical: A healthy body is the foundation for a gratifying life.听
  • Occupational: Fulfillment in one’s work influences mental, emotional, and physical health.
  • Social: Foster meaningful connections within our community.
  • Spiritual: Discover inner peace and purpose through spiritual exploration.
  • Intellectual: Engage your mind and expand your horizons.听
  • Environmental: Understand the impact of your surroundings on Earth and even yourself.听
  • Financial: Recognize how finances can play a part in your overall well-being.

Campus Engagement

Our inclusive, cross-departmental events and initiatives–both digitally and in-person–are designed to engage every member of our diverse campus, fostering connections and promoting holistic well-being. By breaking down barriers, we create a space where all can come together to share experiences and insights. Join us in shaping a campus where everyone is informed, supported, and empowered to prioritize personal and community wellness.

Peer Health Advocates: For Students, By Students

Our dedicated Peer Health Advocates (PHAs) also play a pivotal role in promoting wellness within the Gallaudet community. They are student paraprofessionals who serve as student health and wellness researchers. As students themselves, they understand the unique challenges you may face and are tasked with finding and disseminating relevant resources for all to engage with and benefit from to ensure all tools needed for a successful and fulfilling college experience.
